Clydebank re-built's first office development at Queens Quay was
completed in September 2007. This striking copper and larch-clad
building was designed by the leading architectural practice, Page/
Park.
The 3 storey building extends over 20 000 sq. ft. and offers

Targeting start-ups and expanding young companies from Clydebank

Around 75 % of the space already taken. Some 18 tenants are based
in the building employing over 80 people.
