To stimulate private investment at Clydebank Business Park, Clydebank re-built undertook an initial phase of environmental upgrading to create a sense of arrival at the entrance to the Business Park. Funded by ERDF and Scottish Enterprise, the works were undertaken in 2005, the works comprised a range of soft/hard landscape works, new laybys and erection of a prominent entrance sign and directory board. Further small scale works were undertaken by Clydebank re-built in 2006, involving upgraded street signage and new white light street lamp heads, while Scottish Entreprise undertook works in 2008 to improve the perception of security for people working within the business park.
