Clydebank Business Park

To stimulate private investment at Clydebank Business Park, Clydebank re-built undertook an initial phase of environmental upgrading to create a sense of arrival at the entrance to the Business Park. Undertaken in 2005, the works comprised a range of soft/hard landscape works, new laybys and erection of a prominent entrance sign and directory board.

The project cost £390 000 and was part-financed by the European Union, with matching support from Scottish Enterprise. Further small scale works were undertaken in early 2006 to improve the image of the Park as an attractive place in which to do business. These works comprised upgraded street signage and new white light street lamp heads which provide a modern feel to the night-time Business Park.

Scottish Enterprise undertook further works in 2007/2008 to improve the perception of safety for people working in the Business Park.
