Our 4.5 acre serviced site at Clyde Gate has been completed and marketed for development. The location includes a granite riverside walkway and metal balustrade along its full length and combined with the creation of a new park linking Agamemnon St with the river and situated adjacent the specialist Golden Jubilee Hospital, provides an attractive business environment for investors.
The location has at its focal point a public art sculpture "Change" in the form of a chain link reflecting the traditional association with shipbuilding but pointing skyward to Clydebank's future.

Change House
The first development is our latest building, Change House. A two and a half storey building with the ground floor sold to a children's nursery and offering an attractive facility for up to 90 children. The nursery employs 20 staff mostly from Clydebank area.
