Aurora House Clydebank
Clydebank re-built's second office pavilion at the prestigious riverside regeneration location, Queens Quay, was completed in 2009. The building comprises a total of 20,100 sq ft of quality lettable accommodation. Larger suites range in size from 1,600-2,700 sq ft. The first floor has been subdivided and there are now seven smaller suites that range in size 500 - 1,200 sq ft.
Financed through support from the Scottish Government and Scottish Enterprise, Aurora House is a visually striking building and was designed by the high profile, Scottish-based architects practice Reiach & Hall. Following completion, the building has won a commendation from the Glasgow Institute of Architects.
