The second office pavillion at Queens Quay has been developed by Clydebank re-built and is now available for let.
Financed through support from the Scottish Government and Scottish Enterprise, Aurora House is a visually striking building with an outstanding riverside location and was designed by Reiach & Hall Architects, winners of the Scottish Design Award for the Best Building 2007. The building has already won a commendation from the Glasgow Institute of Architects. Further awards are expected.
The building has a gross floor area of around 27 000 sq. ft. and suite sizes start at 1600 sq.ft. It is envisaged the first tenant will take space in early 2010, employing 10 people. It is projected that around 120 jobs will eventuality be based in the new building.
