Eleanor McAllister OBE, FRIAS, FRSA

Eleanor McAllister OBE, FRIAS, FRSA

MD, Clydebank re-built

Eleanor McAllister, OBE, FRIAS, FRSA is both an economist and a town planner and has worked for over 20 years in the west of Scotland using both these disciplines in developing and implementing regeneration projects.

Some of the projects with which she has been involved have been focussed on preserving the built heritage in Glasgow's city centre.

Others have involved the reuse of existing school and community buildings to house training and employment centres in the areas of social inclusion like the Gorbals and Easterhouse. She was Director of the Glasgow Building's Preservation Trust in the 80's and continued the capital works activity in Local Government for the next 15 years.

In June 2002, Eleanor became the Managing Director of Clydebank re-built, subsequently designated as one of three 'Pathfinder' urban regeneration companies by the Scottish Executive in 2004. She is responsible for the masterplanning and development of 450 acres of brownfield and industrial riverside and the existing commercial areas in Clydebank's Town centre.

Projects Director

A chartered town planner with over 20 years experience of physical and economic regeneration and business development across Scotland, gained in a number of public organisations and private consultancies, Alan's current remit focuses on the promotion of Clydebank as a competitive location and attracting developers and investors to undertake the expansion and diversification of the towns business and commercial space.

This role includes complementing market activity by direct provision of small business accommodation so accelerating start-up rates and the expansion of young companies as well as generating new jobs for local people.

Operations Manager

With over 15 years administration experience gained with the Training Agency and Scottish Enterprise Dunbartonshire. Claire's remit focuses in supporting the team and the development of the schools programme.

Maureen Crawley

Maureen Crawley

Part-time Receptionist/ Administrator

Maureen has previously worked in the Banking Industry in a customer service role. Within CR her duties include switchboard operation, administration support to CR, dealing with general enquiries from tenants and visitors and assisting the property manager. She also undertakes viewings with potential tenants.

Donna Leitch

Office and Finance Manager

With over 20 year’s administration experience gained within the private sector. Donna joined the team in June 2008 and is responsible for all aspects of the administration, finance and reception functions of the business providing support and assistance to the company directors.

Helen McLaughlin

Helen McLaughlin

Part-time Receptionist/Administrator

With over 35 years Administration/Customer focused experience gained within the Banking Industry. Helen's remit focuses on Reception Duties and supporting the team in administration.

Helen's Main focus is on providing tenant and visitor reception, meeting room bookings, secretarial support to tenants, undertaking viewings with potential tenants and assisting the property manager at The Titan Enterprise Business Centre at Queens Quay, Clydebank's newest business location.

Part Time Administrator

Michelle joined the team March 2009 as a part time Administration Assistant.  Michelle previously worked in the Hospitality Industry for over 8 years.  Michelle will also provide the Managing Director with PA duties.

Emma Baxter

Part time Heritage Officer

Having recently been appointed at the Heritage Officer, Emma is responsible for creating the Titan Crane Schools and Outreach Programme. Previous to this role, Emma has spent several years working within the Culture and Heritage sector specialising in the arts.

Hugh Moore

Hugh is a chartered town planner with over 20 years experience in project management ranging from housing development to commercial and infrastructure projects gained in the public, private and voluntary sectors.

Hugh focuses on the management of key capital projects being delivered as part of Clydebank re-built's core objectives.
