Developers and Investors

There are opportunities for developers and investors in Clydebank. The town is only 15 minutes from Glasgow International Airport (via the toll-free Erskine Bridge) and 20 minutes from Glasgow city centre, with excellent motorway connections and public transport by both bus and rail. Clydebank is home to the modern NHS Golden Jubilee Hospital with its new cardio-thoracic unit for patients from all over Greater Glasgow and to the new Clydebank College

Clydebank re-built's sites for development are:

Queens Quay, near the town centre and the new Clydebank College - there are two 30 000 sq feet plots for business pavilions overlooking the River Clyde. It is a prestigious location with riverside walkway, good parking, and open outlook across the river to protected green-belt.

Clyde Gate, adjacent to the NHS Golden Jubilee Hospital - this is a five acre site with twelve serviced plots with a total capacity of 90 000 sq feet for office and commercial development. The site is ideal for research or medical businesses. Plots can be acquired for self build projects. A children's day nursery is being constructed on site.
