Clydebank re-built is an Urban Regeneration Company Limited by Guarantee and is also a registered charity. Our two founders are West Dunbartonshire Council and Scottish Enterprise.
We have one clear purpose: to help regenerate Clydebank. We work with the community, the public sector and private companies - acting as both a "facilitator" and a ''developer'' - to get the job done. Most importantly, we are working closely with the many owners of land and buildings in Clydebank to ensure that we all share a common aspiration for the Town's future.
We have set up Clydebank Property Company to undertake some of the large commercial property development in the Town. This is wholly owned by Clydebank re-built and has the same objective as its parent company - to regenerate Clydebank for the benefit of all its residents, workers and businesses.
